Checklist for complete applications submissions:
The applications will be reviewed in November. There may be requests for further information or meetings between the applicant and the grant review committee, however we are a small organization relying on volunteer time and therefore do not have time to meet with each applicant during the grant application process.
All applicants will be notified by December 15th on the outcome of their application.
Grants will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule upon signing of the Grant Agreement between the applicant and the Foundation.
1. Community Grant Application – Apply online or Download application
2. Final reports – Submit online or download the form. Final Reports are due within 45 days of the completion of the project, or in accordance with the Grant Agreement.
