Kelsey moved to the Columbia Valley when she was in grade 1. After graduating from David Thompson Secondary School in 2007, she moved to Victoria to complete her undergrad in Canadian History. She completed her Masters of Museum Education while living abroad in the UK, with her now husband. After returning to Canada and living a few years in Banff, she and her husband decided to settle in the Columbia Valley. Together they are raising their baby daughter.

Kelsey works for Parks Canada. In her free time she enjoys getting outside in the fresh mountain air – her favourite hobbies include hiking, x-country skiing and skating.

Kelsey believes, it’s a great feeling when you can travel around the world only to discover where you grew up is a great place to call home!
