Student Awards Applications must be RECEIVED by 12 noon on April 30th each year.

The application package must include:


1. Student Award Application

2. Letter of Reference. One reference who can comment on your character and suitability of your choice of educational path. Provide your reference with the following form to send along with the Letter of Reference.


Awards are paid for any of the following fees and expenses; the Foundation will reimburse the student when provided with proof of enrolment (letter from the Registrar) and receipts that prove your fees, expenses, tuition, or other pre-approved expenses have been paid in full.

The Columbia Valley Community Foundation will provide assistance in completing the Student Award Application up to 7 days prior to the application deadline. This will include the review of submitted applications.
